PoultryDesk issues your invoice in Kenyan shillings. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged.
You do not need a card to start, and we remind you two days before the trial ends. If you have not set up payment by then, nothing is charged and your farm moves to the free Starter plan.
Yes. Open Settings, then Billing, and choose Compare plans to move up or down a plan.
Yes, at any time in Billing, without calling us. You keep paid access until the end of the period you paid for; then your Organization loses access. Refund Policy
No. Plan limits are caps: when you reach one, we tell you, and you can upgrade or stay within it.
