Billing admin: first day

Use Settings > Billing for what you pay PoultryDesk. Your own customer invoices stay under Finance.

What to do

  1. Review your plan. Open Subscription, then Compare plans if needed.
  2. Check renewal. Automatic charges the authorized card; You pay each invoice means you must approve each payment.
  3. Pay an invoice. Open Billing history, select the unpaid invoice and use its available secure checkout. One payment settles that invoice only.
  4. Check payments. Open an invoice to see payments and the outstanding amount.
  5. Manage renewal. Follow Plans and billing for automatic payments, card changes and plan changes.
  6. Cancel if needed. In Manage subscription, choose Cancel subscription, review Before you cancel, add a reason and Request cancellation. Wait for confirmation. Keep subscription withdraws a pending request; Switch to manual billing leaves future invoices to pay.

Kenyan checkout uses DPO. Add the organization's contact phone with country code in Settings > Organization first; an Owner can update it. Where available, Review card setup requires verified email, two-step verification and separate consent. Select a confirmed card and Confirm automatic payments; payment or identity verification alone never enables it.

Start paid period now creates a first invoice; successful payment replaces unused trial time. New invoices use KES; old invoices keep their currency. Existing Paddle agreement remains active until a change is confirmed; expand its management section rather than starting a second agreement.

Watch out

  • If a result is delayed, Refresh status or check the same invoice. Do not retry an uncertain payment. Pending cancellation is not confirmed cancellation.

  • An unpaid manual renewal has seven days' grace from its due time before paid-plan writes pause. Other contracts keep their own arrangements.

  • Verify your email from My account; this does not authorize charges.

  • Stop automatic payments stops new DPO requests and unfinished replacement setups; paid access and provider-stored cards remain. An in-progress payment may finish. Cancel card setup stops only unfinished setup.

  • Stop DPO automatic payments before changing plan. Check the adjustment currency separately from the future rate. Follow the DPO steps.

  • Provider review links are not enabled. Contact the coordinator; never share credentials or make a real payment to work around missing access.
