Creating your organization

Create one workspace for your farm. Already invited? Open your invite link instead.

Who does this

The first person to sign up becomes Owner and invites the team later.

Before you start

Have an email you can receive, your farm name and contact phone. The 14-day trial needs no credit card. Choose your permanent web address carefully.

Sign up

Open poultrydesk.com/signup, or poultrydesk.co.ke/signup in Kenya.

The Create your organization form filled in for Neema Hills Poultry Farm: organization name, subdomain, Kenya as the country with prices in KES, operation type and size.

Your operation

  1. Enter Organization name.
  2. Check Subdomain shows Available. Use 3-40 lowercase letters, numbers or single hyphens; start with a letter and never end with a hyphen. You cannot change it later.
  3. Choose Country. Kenya uses a .co.ke workspace and KES billing without VAT; other countries use .com and USD billing. To move billing country later, contact us.
  4. Check Currency for your farm's sales and expenses. This can change in Finance settings and does not change PoultryDesk billing.
  5. Choose Operation type and Operation size. Use Mixed operation if you run more than one poultry operation.

Owner account

  1. Enter Email address to sign in and receive account mail.
  2. Enter your farm's Phone number with country code. A local number is converted using your country; Kenyan payments need this contact number.
  3. Set a Password of at least 8 characters.
  4. Read and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy shown for your country, then choose Create organization.

What happens next

Sign in on your new farm address and follow Get started. Signup does not charge you. A selected paid plan is reviewed in Billing; automatic renewal needs separate consent.

If signup fails, retry with the same email and subdomain within 24 hours to finish the existing request.

Set up in 30 minutes or follow the Owner's first day.
