Reports and exports

Download figures from your farm's recorded data.

The reports hub

The Exports catalogue with each report's description and a Download CSV button.

Open Data > Reports. Search or filter operations, finance, inventory and compliance exports. Statement reports open the partner list first. Feed daily history distinguishes Actual, Estimated, Not fed and Missing across the requested period; Not fed is an intentional zero, Missing has no decision.

Downloading an export

  1. Choose a report.
  2. Set dates and currency where applicable.
  3. Download CSV and open it in your spreadsheet program.

Scheduled report emails

  1. Open Data > Reports > Schedules > + Schedule report.
  2. Choose Report, Format and Frequency. PDF is the default; Monthly is the default frequency. Change either if needed, then choose Recipient group.
  3. Schedule report.

You need report access and a scheduled-report plan. Create or change recipient groups under Settings > Notifications. Emails say whether a file is attached or must be opened in Reports. Open Reports still requires your normal sign-in and permissions. Cancellation cannot be undone; Keep schedule leaves it active. To resume a cancelled schedule, create another.

Where the numbers come from

Reports read the same records as the app and never change them.

Lot profitability: sales, less feed and stock used, less expenses, equals profit, then each lot ranked by profit.

Is a batch making money?

Open Finance > Profitability > By lot. The top line adds it up for all your batches: Sales, less Feed and stock used, less Expenses, equals Profit, with each cost shown as a share of sales. Below it, batches are ranked by profit. Open a batch, then its Finance tab, for Sales, Expenses, Feed and stock used and Profit; Open batch finance adds each cost line and the Cost per unit, what each egg or bird has cost so far. A batch that has not sold yet, such as broilers before harvest, shows a loss until it does; compare its cost per bird with the price you expect.

Cost of production per egg or bird

Open Finance > Profitability > Lot profitability and expand a row. Per-egg cost divides cumulative Lot cost by eggs collected; per-bird cost uses birds placed. Missing/zero denominators show a dash. Currencies and Lots stay separate; there is no blended farm-wide average.

Full cost includes stock consumption and all allocated expenses. Feed already allocated is included, not another amount to add. Production cost variance is for manufactured output; egg-only farms can legitimately have no rows there.

Stock and direct Feed cost sources

Open Finance > Profitability > Cost of goods. Review Stock consumption, Allocated direct feed, other allocated costs and full Lot cost by currency. Stocked purchases are not counted twice. Expand for source/stage detail; phase labels do not reallocate money.

Totals cover all history. Lot search filters both sources; Recent costing activity is only the last ten entries. Review unallocated purchases is an organization-wide queue, hidden during Lot search.
